We are keeping our workforce informed about COVID-19, providing them with the proper personal protective equipment, and informing them of the importance of social distancing, a clean workspace, and careful personal hygiene.
FUTUREOFGOLF is based in Bulgaria and ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We ship brand new products. FUTUREOFGOLF is not responsible for any damage done to the product in the shipping process. If the packaging is damaged upon reception, it should be handled with the corresponding carrier by the customer.

International Purchases & Shipping

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international postal services have been disrupted, causing delays and/or lost shipments. If your package is lost due to your local postal service provider or has been returned back to us for reasons outside of our control, unfortunately, we will not be responsible and will not be able to refund.
All items sent via FUTUREOFGOLF are DDU, which means the duty is unpaid. Additional import duties may apply on orders based on the recipient's country’s laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for paying them.
Shipping Delays

While we pride ourselves on getting your products out of the door and to you at high efficiency, we have no control over how the shipping carriers deliver the package. If you noticed any delays from your tracking information, please reach out to your local branch shipping carrier for more information.
Shipping Cancellations

All orders that have not shipped are eligible for cancellation and refund, as well as changes to items and shipping methods. Please contact us at info@futureofgolfvr.com to make a request.

REFUND POLICY

Just keeping it real, if you’re considering a return, this likely means that you ordered a product from us and for that we are grateful. Thank you for supporting our small business!
We are committed to making sure that you have an honest and pleasant experience and want to deliver our very best in products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right.

This is really important to know…
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
- If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, please wait for the package to be delivered and follow the return instruction on your packing slip.
- If there is an issue with your order, please email us at Info@futureofgolfvr.com.
- There is a 15% restocking fee included for all returns.
- Refunds are only applied to orders that have been received and inspected.
- Risk of loss and title for any products purchased from FUTUREOFGOLF pass to you upon delivery of such products to the carrier. Delivery is confirmed with a carrier-provided tracking number. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@futureofgolfvr.com. Once your return process has started, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customers for all returns/exchanges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like discontinued products, limited-run products, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in the amount of the product cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
